Been a minute since I’ve been on Oppo. I think my last post here was when I had just bought my 2017 VW Golf Sportwagen. I love this thing more than I thought I would. Got the APR Stage 1 tune which is good for 240HP and 273Ft-lbs of torque which makes for a pretty fun daily. Recently put the winter wheels on with the most pedestrian hubcaps I could find.
My cube, however, is for sale. I’m slowly stripping it back to stock and if no one makes a reasonable offer (I’m asking 6500 and so far have been offered 2500cash), it’ll go to a dealer to be traded in on my fiance’s next car.
I had the cube for 5 years, it was a lot of fun and I learned a lot from modifying it. I’ve reached a point where making it fast would require an engine and transmission swap which seems silly now that I have the wagon and that's a couple bolt ons and a tune away from being even faster.

Sad to see the cube leaving. Definitely one of my favorite projects on Oppo. The wagon sounds nice though! That's a lot of torque...
